Who We Are
Reaction Masters is developed and published by Ertan Software Solutions. We are the data controller responsible for any personal data processed in connection with the app.
This privacy policy applies to the Reaction Masters mobile application, available on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store), as well as this website.
Section 02
What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to run the game and its features:
- Username — the display name you choose, shown publicly on the leaderboard.
- Avatar selection — which avatar you have selected, stored to persist your profile.
- Game scores — ranked points, best average reaction time, session results.
- Google account identifier — if you sign in via Google, we receive a unique user ID (not your email).
We do not collect: your real name, email, phone number, location, payment info, contacts, photos, or device sensors beyond tap detection.

How We Use Your Data
All data we collect is used exclusively to operate the game — leaderboards, progress saving, and fair play enforcement. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
Section 04
Firebase & Third-Party Services
We use Firebase Realtime Database (Google) for storage, Google Play Services for Android auth, and Apple Sign-In for iOS. We do not integrate any advertising SDKs or analytics platforms.
Firebase data may be stored on servers in the United States or other countries where Google operates data centres.
Section 05
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Google Firebase with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your game data for as long as your account is active.
Section 06
Children's Privacy
Reaction Masters is a general-audience game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is strictly required to run the game. The only public-facing information is your chosen username.
Section 07
Your Rights
You may have rights under GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California) including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Section 08
Data Deletion
Request full deletion at any time. We will remove your username, avatar, scores, and all game data from Firebase within 30 days.
Uninstalling the app removes local data but does NOT delete Firebase data. Contact us separately to remove your Firebase data.
Section 09
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when we make material changes.
